We had this blue polka dot tie made as a sample to try out some different interlinings. The interlining is the fabric inside the tie that gives it a heavier or lighter feel. This sample was cut not to our usual 8cm width but to a slimer 7cm width.  As the tie wa a sample it does not have the thomasfortin branded label.
